Al-Istithmar Capital, the investment arm of the Saudi Investment Bank, and Osus Real Estate Company signed a cooperation agreement with the aim of launching a real estate investment fund that will focus primarily on developing the office commercial sector in the city of Riyadh.

The main objective of the fund to be established is to enhance the growth of invested capital, through the acquisition of developed plots of land in the north of the city of Riyadh for the purpose of constructing high-quality office commercial buildings and selling them as ready-made office commercial units, in order to exit from the fund in order to achieve capital returns on investment Unit holders in the fund.
